A Five Lesson Workshop for Creativity and Corporate Awareness

Health is not the absence of disease but a vigorous and invigorated, energetic, enthusiastic, creative, joyful state.

The work environment is an ideal place for people to support one another on their journey to higher states of health. This workshop is dedicated to foster a healthier and more creative workplace by engaging employees to have fun while deepening their understanding of health over the years to come.

Every person deserves this as well as the company who wants to enhance its productivity. Culturally, we do not have a model that can help us with disease prevention and simultaneously address our desire to enhance creativity and reduce stress.

The program information is culled from the world's perennial healing traditions in which disease prevention is the backbone of their teachings. Simply changing the usual way we see ourselves opens up vistas of creativity and unbounded energy.

Lesson 1 : Understanding Energy Patterns

Using patterns for creating healthy business client relationships.
Realizing the concept of balance and imbalance.
Support not control.
Understanding the control dramas of various energy patterns.
Learn about the mirror of relationship.
Lesson 2 : Food is Medicine

Getting in touch with your mindbody's signals.
Viewing food as energy patterns and selection of foods that best meet your own energy pattern.
It is not only what you eat, but how, when, where, and why you eat.
Eating awareness techniques (EATS).
   


Lesson 3 : Energy Patterns and Stress Reduction in the Office

Using the five senses to decrease tension (e.g. Aromatherapy).
Understanding different physiological responses to stress.
Experiencing how perception creates reality.
Knowing how each of us responds to fear.
Individual stress reduction.
Lesson 4 : Nurturing Intuitive and Creative States

The place of creativity and intuition.
Rational and intuitive choices.
Understanding meditation.
Meditation, personal and group in the office setting.
Process of centering before group business meetings.


Lesson 5 : Getting in Touch With Emotional Turbulence In Business

Dealing with emotional pain so as to not suffer.
Understanding fear as a source of emotional turbulence.
How to work through "emotionally rough times."
Learn how to release pent up and disabling emotional stress.
   
Real health fosters creativity and nourishing working relationships.

Understanding client energy patterns and know all there is to know about them.

Help employees increase attention span, learning ability and memory retrieval.

Reduce stress automatically so that everyday becomes a vacation.
