William Dean, MD has practiced allopathic medicine in the Northwest for twenty years and has personally experienced and professionally used the material that you will experience. Over the last five years he has taught and lectured on complementary medicine topics. He is the author of The Business of Medicine, a tape series designed for physicians and his interest in business health.
The Chopra worldwide organization of instructors is dedicated to a different way of viewing health. As Dr. Dean relates, "Our present medical system does not have a system of prevention. We have an exceptional means of diagnosing and treating disease but fall short when it comes to counseling people on how to improve their health."
Dr. Dean has been an instructor with Dr. Deepak Chopra's organization for five years. The worldwide organization of instructors has been involved in creating a new paradigm for disease prevention, The Infinite Possibilities of Knowledge.

We offer activities and programs that are dynamic, innovative, and contemporary approaches to health care based on perennial healing wisdom.
In brief we help people become aware of their own health (even if they are not sick) because we believe that Awareness is the key to health.
This may seem contradictory but at the Center we do not view health as the absence of disease but a dynamic, exuberant, enthusiastic, and creative state of existence. This is achieved by demonstrating the value of balance and showing people how to go about achieving it.
Modeled after the Chopra Center in LaJolla, California, we offer programs that touch people's lives at times when they may need a fresh insight as to how to be healthy. In the following pages are brief descriptions of these programs and information about activities that are offered at the Center.
